At Chloe’s Cleaning, we take pride in delivering high-quality, eco-luxury cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with your service, we are committed to making it right.

1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unhappy with the results of your cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will:

  • Offer a complimentary re-clean of the affected areas, or

  • Provide a partial refund, depending on the situation

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • A service was not completed as agreed

  • You cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice

  • There was a billing error or duplicate charge

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Same-day cancellations or missed appointments

  • Dissatisfaction reported more than 24 hours after service

  • Situations outside our control (e.g., inaccessible property, incorrect booking details)

3. How to Request a Refund

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
